At CREDO Coffee, we want your coffee experience to be exceptional from the moment you place your order to the first sip. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
📦 Order Processing

Roasting Schedule: All coffee is roasted to order to ensure peak freshness. We typically roast Monday through Thursday.

Processing Time: Orders placed before 12 PM EST on a roasting day are typically roasted and shipped within 24–48 business hours.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on non-roasting days will be processed on the next available roast day.

Local Delivery (in select areas)
Carrier selection is based on the most reliable and cost-effective method available at the time of order.

Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $50 (continental U.S. only).

Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 for all other orders under $50.

Local Pickup: Available at our Winter Garden café—select "Pickup" at checkout.

If you’re near Orlando, Florida:

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).

🌎 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping through our website.

Standard Delivery (after order is processed):

Southeast U.S.: 1–2 business days

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

📦 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive:

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
📬 Subscription Orders

Subscription coffees are roasted and shipped based on your selected delivery schedule (e.g., every 2 or 4 weeks).

You can manage your shipping frequency, address, or pause/cancel anytime through your customer portal.
📍 Shipping FAQs
Q: Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
A: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
Q: Will I receive tracking info?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Q: What if my tracking hasn’t updated?
A: Sometimes carriers take 24–48 hours to update tracking info. If it’s been more than 3 days with no movement, reach out to us.
